Delivery zones

We deliver both inside and outside Sylhet. Every product page shows the exact delivery fee for each zone — the fee is set per product, so it can vary depending on what you're ordering.

Delivery timelines

• Inside Sylhet: typically 1–2 business days.
• Outside Sylhet: typically 3–5 business days, depending on the courier and your location.

You can set your default delivery location under Settings so we know which zone applies to you.

Delivery fees

Delivery fees are set manually per product — not calculated by a courier's live rates — so the fee you see on a product page is exactly what you'll be charged for that item.

Order tracking

Once you're signed in, visit your Orders page any time to see the current status of every order you've placed.
